- Thanks, Tom, I know now how to make my display show ASCII 155 as
- the lowercase o-slash and 157 as the uppercase equivalent,
- but I don't know how to make the HP LJIII print them.
- As far as I can understand, DOS 5 (which I use) only comes with
- code page support for a few printers (IBM proprinter 4201, 4208 and
- Quietwriter 5202), so I don't see how I can use code page system for
- that.
- I tried setting the HP LJIII to Danish/Norwegian mode from the panel,
- but printing from NB turned what should have been Scandinavian letters
- into cents and yens. I suspect that NB somehow overrode the panel
- setting, but I don't know how it works.
- Calling NBI produced little so far, they said (23hours ago) they
- would fax me something but so far there is nothing.
- For the work at hand, I may settle for Phi representing lowercase
- o-slash, but in the long run this is not nice.
