  16. Joe, there's a licult (sorry, that's short for "Literary Cultural"
  17. theory/criticism, pronounced "_Lye_-cult") analysis of _How the Grinch
  18. Stole Christmas_ available in the freshman lit/reader-response book
  19. _Reading Texts_ (McCormick, Waller, Fowler, with some bits from Linda
  20. Flower).  This analyzes the television broadcast in it's usual context
  21. (complete with commercials).  I don't know where you might find _Green
  22. Eggs and Ham_ stuff off-hand, but certainly _something_ ought to have
  23. been written about the great reading of that book done on Saturday Night
  24. Live, by Jesse Jackson....
