- Joe, there's a licult (sorry, that's short for "Literary Cultural"
- theory/criticism, pronounced "_Lye_-cult") analysis of _How the Grinch
- Stole Christmas_ available in the freshman lit/reader-response book
- _Reading Texts_ (McCormick, Waller, Fowler, with some bits from Linda
- Flower). This analyzes the television broadcast in it's usual context
- (complete with commercials). I don't know where you might find _Green
- Eggs and Ham_ stuff off-hand, but certainly _something_ ought to have
- been written about the great reading of that book done on Saturday Night
- Live, by Jesse Jackson....
