  33. "Navigating the Internet: An Interactive Workshop" is intended for
  34. new or infrequent users of the network of networks called the
  35. Internet.  it is designed to give an overview of several operating
  36. systems used on the Internet and to give examples of the resources
  37. available over the Internet.

  39. The only requirement is that the user have access to the Internet and
  40. can read basic e-mail.  UNIX, VMS, and VM will be the primary operating
  41. systems covered in the workshop.

  43. Participants will be sent instructions by e-mail.

  45. A BITNET listserv provided by the University at Buffalo will be
  46. used for interactive answering of questions and solving problems with
  47. additional help by e-mail.
