- Hello ALL!!!
-
- I am a first year MBA canidate at The Wharton School, University
- of Pennsylvania, and i am preparing a presentation on Crisis Management,
- both issues that must be addressed inorder to avoid a crisis, and steps
- to take to "manage" out of a crisis. I am curious of the opinions of
- others on this subject. I have done extensive research on the subject,
- both "book" research and going out and talking to corporations about
- their specific crisis management plan, if they have one.
- I will not post my findings in this message, as I do not want to
- bias anyone else's response. I will however post my findings once I have
- received the opinions of others. I will also post the opinions of the
- respondees. i feel that this is a critical issue that must be addressed
- in today's global market. A crisis does not have to be life threatening
- in order to be "company survival" threatening.
-
- Let me take this opportunity, in advance, to thank those who
- respond.
