  16. I am a full-time MBA student at The Ohio State University (OSU) and am
  17. President of the MBA Management Information Systems Club here.

  19. I fully support the idea of a group to discuss MBA careers/job opportunities.
  20. We have limited recruiting on-campus because the program here is small, and
  21. placement office is under-staffed.

  23. I was wondering if some one could tell us where jobs for MBAs are posted ( I
  24. heard of biz.jobs or something similar but OSU does not get it due to its
  25. "Commercial content")on Internet.  We have telnet and E-mail capabilities.

  27. Regarding Tim's gripe about the Duke Univ. Fuqua School not allowing Part
  28. timers to use career placement services:  We do not have such a restriction but
  29. the full timers had a rule that they should attend a minimum of 8 workshops
  30. before being eligible to be in the "MBA Resume Book".  We had the mortification
  31. of seeing 32 out of 130 students being not eligible because they failed to
  32. attend the required number of workshops in the first year. (About a dozen of
  33. them are employed (sent by Companies/U.S. Navy for MBA)).
