  32. 6.  What is the organizational structure?  Is document delivery
  33.      part of ILL?  If not, what department is it out of?

  35. 7.  How is document delivery funded?

  37. 8.  Have you canceled periodical titles to help pay for document
  38.     delivery?  If so, what have been your criteria for these
  39.     cancelations?

  41. 9.  Who can use document delivery and ILL? (faculty, grads, undergrads?)
