  32. Thanks for cc'ing me on this. I am not sure of Darren's request but can
  33. clarify a few things.  Darren is a student here at EWU who has been granted
  34. access to Bitnet.  Perhaps (again, I did not see his post) his msg was
  35. misdirected.  I installed and maintain our VAX systems, i.e., postmaster,
  36. chief cook and bottle washer.  We presently have 3 discrete VAX
  37. systems but at this time there are no plans to connect them other than
  38. a simple DECNet/TCP link.  If there were plans to do so, they would
  39. originate from my office.  I've been very happy with the JNet software
  40. since I installed it a few years ago in spite of the 600-900 point hit
  41. that I took in upgrading from a VAX 6410 to 6510 ;-)  By the way, I have
  42. submitted the paperwork for increasing our maintenance and it should
  43. be completed soon.  Hope this clarifies a few things, I'll contact Darren
  44. and see what's up, feel free to shoot him a copy of the info if you wish.
