- This is a general question, not a request for tools/software. Is
- there a common thread for who does performance management/tuning?
- Does the 'MVS' systems programmer standardly perform the function?
- Do some shops have performance specalists, or possibly contract out
- for the function? I realize there could be significant polititcal
- aspects to this question, but I'm looking for technical concepts.
- Is this possibly a function of shop size, experience level of staff,
- as to who does the work?
