  15.     You might get better or more complete information on a PC list,
  16.  but I'll tell you the little that I know.  I'm also assuming that
  17.  the PC's in question are running DOS.

  19.      SIMTEL and mirror sites list COBOL650 as the most current
  20.  PC based COBOL compiler that runs under MSDOS.  It should give
  21.  you most of what you want, but I haven't tried it.  There is
  22.  also a new PC based 370 assembler and emulator that you may
  23.  care to look at.  If you have TCP/IP, just FTP to the DEC
  24.  WSMR-SIMTEL20.Army.Mil and get PD1:<MSDOS.COBOL>COBOL650.ZIP
  25.  Since you have BITNET, you could also:

  30.     The LISTSERV at RPIECS is also a U.S. mirror site.  In Europe
  31.  there are 10 TRICKLE sites.  For other locations, there 3 other
  32.  TRICKLE sites.  There are other methods to get the files.

  34.     You will need BITRCV on VM to receive the files and PKZ110EU.EXE
  35.  on your PC to explode the files.  If you would prefer UUENCODEd
  36.  format files, leave out the 'BITSEND'.  You can UUDECODE them in
  37.  VM with ARCUTIL or on the PC with UUEXE515.ZIP.  I recommend using
  38.  VM for UUDECODEing if you have problems UUDECODEing on the PC.
