- Case translation setting is supposed to be part of the INQUIRE/SET
- API in Version 3. I'm still at V2 so can't verify that. Once it's
- there, the exit can just be changed to issue the API call and the
- applications shouldn't care. Of course the application can then just
- issue the SET itself.
