  12. Case translation setting is supposed to be part of the INQUIRE/SET
  13. API in Version 3.  I'm still at V2 so can't verify that.  Once it's
  14. there, the exit can just be changed to issue the API call and the
  15. applications shouldn't care.  Of course the application can then just
  16. issue the SET itself.
