  18. We do not anticipate moving OV/VM to I-A2 because it would drive up the
  19. price of I-A2.  As currently structured, numbers of I-A2 subscribers have
  20. elected not to use OV/VM, and therefore do not pay for it.  If we added
  21. OV/VM to I-A2, every I-A2 subscriber would pay a portion of the
  22. substantial OV/VM fee whether they used it or not.  We believe that
  23. if anything, HESC pricing needs more granularity, not less.

  38. Separate media charges for these products work the same in HESC as they
  39. do under our unmodified ICA (IBM Customer Agreement).  The annual fee
  40. continues to apply to CATIA Base (5621-101) and CATIA Drafting Package
  41. (5612-125).  For the CATIA products the only media charges are the
  42. annual fees.  The annual fees are billed at initial order and annually
  43. thereafter.  Therefore, if the annual fee is eliminated, there is no
  44. residual "initial base fee."
