  12.     I have added a number of documents pertaining to the
  13. history of the United States to the anonymous FTP site at
  14. Ra.Msstate.edu. They can be found in docs/history/documents.us.
  15. Some of the files are in zip format; they must be retrieved
  16. in BINARY format. The _Federalist Papers_, for example, are
  17. stored in binary format.
  18.     Most of the files are in ASCII, including _The
  19. Scarlet Letter_, "I Have a Dream," and the monroe doctrine.
  20.     I have not updated the filelist stored in docs/history
  21. but will do so as soon as possible. I did want to alert users
  22. to the additional resources now available.
  23.     In docs/history/documents.uk, one can find the Magna
  24. Carta. In docs/history/documents.fr, one can find The Rights
  25. of Man.
