  13. BITNIC is the Bitnet Network Information Center, which offers a number of
  14. files available about BITNET.  You can get information by sending commands
  15. to the LISTSERV@BITNIC server.  Start off by sending HELP to get a list
  16. of the commands the server understands and what they do.  That is,
  17. send the one word message  HELP to the e-mail address LISTSERV@BITNIC.  It's
  18. the best place to start.
