  20. I would like to lodge a minor complaint against those who are increasingly
  21. asking technical questions on this list, such as Mark Tarka's question about
  22. writing MAIL directory listings to a file.  This has nothing to do with the
  23. purpose of this list, which is supposed to be about educational software
  24. licensing and support issues.  These sorts of questions belong on Info-VAX
  25. or perhaps one of the UseNet newsgroups, but not here.

  27. I'm not trying to pick on Mark specifically, and if I knew the answer I'd
  28. gladly forward it.  But the question does not belong here.
