  11. The latest version of the DELTA software system from Michael J. 
  12. Dallwitz, CSIRO Division of Entomology, GPO Box 1700, Canberra ACT

  14. Internet delta@ento.csiro.au, is now available as shareware via 
  15. Internet FTP.  To get the DELTA software and associated databases for 
  16. flowering plants, connect via FTP to HUH.HARVARD.EDU using the id FTP 
  17. and the password FTP.  The DELTA software is now available for three 
  18. different operating systems: 
  19.   /PUB/SOFTWARE/DELTA/MSDOS
  20.     DELTA programs for MS-DOS operating system on IBM-compatible 
  21.       microcomputers.
  22.   /PUB/SOFTWARE/DELTA/OS2
  23.     DELTA programs for OS2 operating system on IBM-compatible microcomputers.
  24.   /PUB/SOFTWARE/DELTA/SUNOS
  25.     DELTA programs for the SUN operating system.
  26. There are two databases available ready to use with the DELTA software 
  27. (INTKEY) for identification of organism or querying for information. 
  28.   /PUB/SOFTWARE/DELTA/ANGIO
  29.     Families of flowering plants of the world with emphasis on Australia.
  30.   /PUB/SOFTWARE/DELTA/GRASS
  31.     Genera of grasses of the world.
  32. In addition there are a number of shareware programs for MS-DOS stored in:

  34. These programs are very useful in preparing graphic images for use 
  35. with the DELTA software.
