  14. Bank of America has Homebanking for $14.00 a month. You can link all of your
  15. accounts into it, transfer money between them and pay bills. The list of 
  16. companies accepting electronic payments is pretty large. With some companies
  17. the transfer and crediting is the same day, so you can set it up so the
  18. payment goes through on the due date. Most of the companies, however have 
  19. a max 5 day lag time from debit to credit.

  21. I believe Prodigy has a few banks online too. Wells Fargo, if I'm not mistaken.
