  10. This is a Call for Votes to create ba.general.japan-bashing, a
  11. moderated newsgroup.  The moderator will be Eric Perozzielo.

  13. The reasons for creating this group:

  15.    Give Eric a forum for his interests
  16.    Allow Eric to negate the existence of anyone with a different point
  17.      of view
  18.    Prove that the topic of Japan Bashing does indeed belong in the
  19.      ba.general area
  20.    Keep ba.general itself free from topics not related to either
  21.      the Bay Area or general interest discussion, as opposed to
  22.      appropriate groups such as misc.politics, sci.economics,
  23.      soc.culture.japan, or even ba.politics, all of which Eric is
  24.      determined to avoid.
