  27. There used to be a national listing from the J2CP.  I don't know
  28. if Mary Elizabeth is still providing it or not.  She has kind
  29. of run out of funding.  There are surgeons who do cater 
  30. specifically to TS patients and this is very comfortable for
  31. a patient who is embarrassed.  I would recommend however that
  32. you find the best surgeon possible to do the work.  If you 
  33. have the money, you deserve the same care as anyone else.

  36. have done a great job.
