  24. Sounds good to me folks! There is just one thing we ought to consider.
  25. What does an "Americans" chart mean? Does it mean that only Americans 
  26. are voting or does it mean that only American demos are allowed? 
  27. Personally I think the first possibility it the best one. If only 
  28. American demos are allowed noone in Europe will care about the chart
  29. at all. I also think that since Americans are voting all the American
  30. demos will have a chance to enter without major problems. I also 
  31. propose that we ought to spread the chart as textsfiles on different
  32. boards. I know that you have a lot of different really big boards in
  33. the US and I guess that the operators will help us as much as they 
  34. can.

  36. Another question is what kind of charts we wish to have. I think 
  37. something like this will be good enough:
  38. 1) Top-ten demos
  39. 2) Top-ten coders
  40. 3) Top-ten musician
  41. 4) Top-ten artist
  42. 5) Top-ten groups
  43. 6) Top-ten American demos
  44. 7) Top-ten American groups
  45.  
  46. We also need to have a good organistion to make the collections
  47. of votes as easy as possible. We can first of all find try to find
  48. a bunch of operators in US who are able to help us.
