  20. You have *NO* right to make any kind of acusations or assumptions about
  21. Americans, got it?  Try being nice to people and we won't think you're 
  22. arrogant.  Don't make statements like "...I've NEVER made a mistake..." and
  23. people won't think you're arrogant.  Now, if you want to take it to e-mail
  24. fine, but I don't think this is what this group is made for...
