- Under the current set of laws (ADA, etc.), I believe a company can only
- request a physical after a job offer has been made--and it can relate only
- to the physical abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Although size per se is not considered to be a disability, the perception
- that you are physically incapable of doing a job might entitle you to
- coverage under the law. See a lawyer if the same dweeb pops up on the
- hiring panel!!!
