- After the low points it seems that high points seem that much better.
- The way things are starting to go now the future looks somewhat brighter.
- Boy, that last low point was really a bear. I looked around and thought
- well where do I go from here. Managed to get my marriage back on track,
- got on a different shift at work that is more condusive to home life,
- got a really good grip on the carreer that I want and am finally getting
- back into shape. I have always found thta when I hit the lows is when I
- let my life stagnate. Go through this at times and the solution always
- seems to be get busy and find some interesting activities to do. Adding
- variety to life seems to increase the pleasure of it. Yes, things still
- seem bleak at times and things still go wrong etc, etc... The 5 years
- for my wife and look really bright at the moment. She'll have her degree
- I'll have the carrer that I want and maybe even that Black Belt I
- have desired so long. Kids will be older and won't need so much
- antention and care. Just have to remember that and focus on the
- positive instead of the negative which is hard at times! After the
- simply wonderfull childhood that I had (NOT) it really prepared
- me for the wonders and joy of life (NOT). So here I am slowly but
- surely pulling myself up out of the muck and mire and getting
- a grip on things. At times it's 2 steps forward and 1 step back.
- My coworked said "Thinking is postive feels much better at the end
- of the day". Lot of truth to that. Guess the point of all these ramblings
- is that recovery is slow painful process times while we learn to
- view life on much better terms then that which we started it on.
- It`s not easy, boy is it not easy....
-
- Please add to this.
