  13. Dear Netland,
  14.   I don't wish to cause a flame war, but yesterday
  15. Mr. Clinton announced that two of his priorities will
  16. be to create a bunch of jobs through an investment
  17. tax credit, and to allow gays into the military.  
  18. I am not saying his ideas are bad, but wonder 
  19. about the following two issues.

  21. 1. Isn't an investment tax credit a significant 
  22. component of trickle-down economics?  Isn't 
  23. this a form of reducing the tax burden on the 
  24. rich that Clinton campaigned against?  Rush
  25. is gonna have fun with this one.

  27. 2. Condoning homosexuality in the military will
  28. be another slap in the military face by America's
  29. most famous avoider of military service.  Has 
  30. any president in the history of this country been 
  31. successful after alianiating the military?
