Wow!  Listen to this!  On the one hand, you have a liberal crying that
the court should be balanced.  Read that, more to the left.  When the
supreme court has been tilted to the left, it wrote law by judicial fiat,
definitely not the original intent of the constitution.  But on the other
hand, this liberal pleas for original intent.  Quite humorous.
