- Wow! Listen to this! On the one hand, you have a liberal crying that
- the court should be balanced. Read that, more to the left. When the
- supreme court has been tilted to the left, it wrote law by judicial fiat,
- definitely not the original intent of the constitution. But on the other
- hand, this liberal pleas for original intent. Quite humorous.
