  16. All this talk about whether Clarence Thomas is right or left and that
  17. the court should be balanced is total nonsense.  There is no written
  18. rule that demands a balance.  The president's job is to pack as much
  19. of his philosophy into the court as he possibly can, with the youngest
  20. jurors that will be accepted so they will continue for as long as
  21. possible.  The problem with Thomas is that he is either NOT a legal
  22. scholar or a liar.  His claim that he never considered Roe vs Wade,
  23. probably the most controversial court decision of our time, says he
  24. either does not care enough for the law to sit on the Court, or that
  25. he does not have the integrity to sit on the Court.  You decide.
