  18. can refer to several lies Bush has made in the past. He claimed
  19. he wanted to be the Educational President. Based on his actions, he lied.
  20. He claimed he wanted to be the Environmental President. Again, by his 
  21. very own actions, he lied. He also lied about Iran-Contra and Iraq-gate.
