  11. - have a question, if anybody out there can answer it.  If 5 percenters are the
  12. - 5% of the population who are "civilized", and 85% of the population is
  13. - "uncivilized", what about the other 10% of the population?  I may have heard
  14. - this before, but I just can't remember.  If anybody out there is a 5%, e-mail

  16. Silly question, but is the 5% also known as the NOI?? I am not too sure 
  17. about this so I gotta ask...I read some of the really wack ideas that NOI 
  18. had in the beginning (like of the creation of the white man) and it was 
  19. just totally unbelieveable that anyone could believe that.
