  30. Sheesh, you're no carnivore! I mean, the whole POINT of eating meat
  31. is in knowing that a cute, dark-eyed furry forest friend has died
  32. in agony for your delectation. Otherwise, well ... why bother? Bowel
  33. cancer, obesity, cardiac disease -- the only excuse is up-front
  34. tastelessness. Believe me, meat-eating beats a sado-masochistic
  35. menage-a-trois any day of the week (with or without added Bolivian
  36. marching powder).

  40. and the ability to improvise with initially unpromising material ...
