- Oh, my mistake. I figured that since you were at a University (giving
- Dalhousie the benefit of the doubt), that you were at least marginally
- literate. And hence would be able to read all the posts here stating how
- idiotic & self-absorbed everyone thought your post was. But I guess the
- reading requirements in Canada aren't as stringent as they are in this country.
- Considering that I got my education in the public schools of NYC, I find
- the idea of someone having gotten a less substantial education than myself
- quite terrifying.
-
- My condolences to you and all your school mates.

-
- Hmmm. I see evidence of the diversity of human kind everyday. But then again
- the gene pool is probably less mixed in your neck of the woods because of all
- the inbreeding. That would explain the poverty of education as well.

-
- Wait, I'm confused. Am I going to be working for you in the capacity of
- a maid, or as a waitress? Let me know, as I need something to aspire
- to once my fellowship runs out.

- Actually, I have several friends that are former members of
- fraternities. I haven't been invited to a frat party in quite some time
- since I'm 28, and haven't been in a situation where I get to know very many
- fart members. I did go to quite a few frat parties as an undergraduate, and
- though some of them were a drag, you can't generalize to every member. Maybe
- you've never met any nice frat brothers, or perhaps you are too close-minded
- to entertain the thought that they might be individuals. I try to keep myself
- open & if I ever meet a graduate of Dalhousie I will try to judge him/her on
- his/her own merits & not be prejudiced because the overriding majority of
- the students there are dithering idiots.
-

-
- Actually, I don't think most of the people who post to a.p. are geeks. Somehow
- I just can't picture Iowa Dan, the combine man toting his automatic
- weapons & keeping extra ammo in a pocket that sports a plastic protector
- and vari-colored pens.
-
- It's just YOU whom I consider to be a geek.
-
- > Oh jen, if you only knew. On this computer you feel like the Queen of

-
- OH god. I haven't laughed that hard in ages. You could call me a lot of
- things, Stevie-boy, and be fairly accurate, but unobtrusive is NOT one
- of my overriding characteristics.
-
- And "Queen of Sheba"? Where did that come from?
-
- > In any case - I wish you luck Jen, and I look forward to more of your

-
- Sure, no problem. As I mentioned earlier, I'm in the midst of dissolving
- my marriage, which I must admit is sapping much of my mental capacity. I
- highly doubt that I'd be able to hold my head up in a flame war with Banta,
- or anyone with actual wit and intelligence. But you're just about my speed
- in my current incapacitated state.
-
- Thanks so much.

-
- You failed making HOME BREW? How the hell did you manage that. It's a pretty
- straight-forward process. I would have thought if you learned anything at
- a Canadian University (and clearly *you* haven't), you'd learn the proper
- respect and handling of beer.
