- I think it is because you are running Windows 3.1 and the version of TP
- you have was for 3.0. We had this exact same problem when we tried
- using the Borland C++ 3.0 package with Windows 3.1. The problem went
- away when we upgraded to BC++ 3.1. Call Borland -- the updgrade from
- BC++ 3.0 (with App. Frameworks) to 3.1 was only $39; I'm sure the Turbo
- Pascal upgrade isn't costly either.
