  29. I think it is because you are running Windows 3.1 and the version of TP
  30. you have was for 3.0.  We had this exact same problem when we tried
  31. using the Borland C++ 3.0 package with Windows 3.1.  The problem went
  32. away when we upgraded to BC++ 3.1.  Call Borland -- the updgrade from
  33. BC++ 3.0 (with App. Frameworks) to 3.1 was only $39;  I'm sure the Turbo
  34. Pascal upgrade isn't costly either.
