  14. More than likely the problem is that you have a 1.0 version of 
  15. TPW on Windows 3.1.  There are some patches found in the
  16. anonymous ftp sites ftp.cica.indiana.edu or wuarchive.wustl.edu
  17. But the best thing to do is to upgrade your TPW to 1.5
