  27. These are not bots. These are services. A service needs to be registered
  28. with the server that it lives on, and it receives more information than
  29. your normal client. At this stage, only service.de has the service code in
  30. it , and it hasn't been released. (please someone, hassle them to release it)

  32. The different between noteserv and 80% of the idiot bots, is that the admin
  33. of the site knows of the "cyborg" and allows it to run. 
  34.  
  35. If bots could be killed because they're running on servers with the administration
  36. knowing about it, then the irc-world would be a happy place.

  38. Hang on, that would imply that the admins of servers are responsible people.

  40. That would imply that servers are only being run because they need to be.
