  21. This doesn't mean ircii has been badly programmed.  It's possible to do
  22. stupid things in any language.  I would rather have a language allow
  23. flexibility (and the possibility of mistakes) than a "bondage & discipline
  24. language".  Would you prefer to have ircii crippled so that idiots couldn't
  25. shoot themselves in the foot?
