  51. is the Norwegian part or Internet).

  67. How to enforce the rules from uninett is much up to the various service
  68. providers. The Norwegian EBIC members (every server admin) has agreed to
  69. certain Operation procedures on their servers. This procedure is clearly
  70. stated in the MOTD. So before you began your crusade towards the org called
  71. Say NO to unattended bots (SNTUB) you should have asked some information 
  72. from  the people who know how this game works.

  74. On the wery best, your school may loose it's network acess. The net is not
  75. a right, but a service.

  77. You may be a graduate in 3 years time, by then I'll still be around and
  78. running IRC in Norway. In the meantime, I will never let one person destroy
  79. the service for the 90 - 110 regular users of IRC in Norway.
