  12. I suspect that you'll run into serious copyright problems on this, but I
  13. hope you don't.  In my mind, bots have the most potential as this sort of
  14. information server.

  16. What is perhaps more realistic is the giving out of "free" information.
  17. Before the US election, TsongBot gave out Clinton campaign info, but I
  18. didn't have that set up well and it was completely unpublicized.  I
  19. would like eventually to be able to distribute information about Tsongas &
  20. Rudman's Concord Coalition, but I haven't received the information I sent
  21. away for.

  23. Anyway, I've been suprised at the positive reaction I got to distributing
  24. the election results in this way.  I think this sort of thing has a lot of
  25. promise & should be kept in mind the next time we have a big news event that
  26. draws people to IRC.
