- I suspect that you'll run into serious copyright problems on this, but I
- hope you don't. In my mind, bots have the most potential as this sort of
- information server.

- What is perhaps more realistic is the giving out of "free" information.
- Before the US election, TsongBot gave out Clinton campaign info, but I
- didn't have that set up well and it was completely unpublicized. I
- would like eventually to be able to distribute information about Tsongas &
- Rudman's Concord Coalition, but I haven't received the information I sent
- away for.

- Anyway, I've been suprised at the positive reaction I got to distributing
- the election results in this way. I think this sort of thing has a lot of
- promise & should be kept in mind the next time we have a big news event that
- draws people to IRC.
