  23. To create a automated client... do the following:
  24.   
  25.    1. Important.. firstly read the Green Golf Ball Joke. :-) 
  26.  
  27.    2. Write some code, or use an existing client to connect to a server.
  28.  
  29.    3. Parse the stuff sent to your program from the server
  30.  
  31.    4. Do something useful with it. (keeping chanop and kicking and 
  32.       maintaining bans doesnt count).
  33.  
  34.    5. Observe good bot ettiquette. Ie, dont send unsolicited messages.
  35.       Dont send messages, send out only notices. Dont respond to
  36.       notices.
  37.  
  38.    6. Remove it from IRC when the novelty wears off (~10-15 mins hmm..:-\
  39.       better make that 60 mins since small things amaze small minds).
