  34. That's not really fair.  The couple of times I've gone into the
  35. #Twilight_Zone to ask a question, I've gotten a fairly prompt and
  36. helpful answer.  Maybe it just depends on what you're asking
  37. (i.e., not about bots) and how you ask (i.e., straight to the
  38. point but not rudely).
