  16. I posted a request here a few days ago to which I got a terrific response, 
  17. however, I was wondering whether anybody had a list (Ihave seen one around) 
  18. which they could post in this area for everyone to see. I have had a lot of 
  19. inquiries from people as to any addresses I have received but I have lost 
  20. the bulk of the list from my disk.
