  30. VW recommends that the spare be overinflated to allow for at least some
  31. washer use before the spare becomes unusable.  Around 50 PSI were suggested.

  33. I owned 2 beetles while attending Michigan State.  Don't count on the 
  34. "heater" or "defroster" to be of any use until at least 20 minutes of 
  35. driving time have elapsed.  I also found that the best way to clean the 
  36. windshield was stopping in parking lots and scrubbing it with a handful 
  37. of snow.

  39. Actually the best way to clean the windshield of a VW is to buy a rabbit.
