  14. I program in Microsoft COBOL and have one important question:

  16. Does anyone know any way I can disable the Control-Break key on a PC?

  18. My program is supposed to put up a password screen (it does) and not
  19. let anyone past the screen unless they know the correct password (it
  20. does UNLESS someone uses Control-Break).
