  13. I have a sound blaster pro with the sound blaster cd rom.
  14. I haven't had any problems to speak of until now.

  16. I have upgraded my mother board from a 386dx/33 to a 486dx/33.
  17. Ever since the upgrade I have very bad static all the time and
  18. very loud white noise when VOC files are played.
  19.  
  20. If I turn the FM portion of the sound blaster to 0
  21. the problem goes away.  Of course so does the FM portion of
  22. the sound blaster.

  24. Any help would be VERY appreciated!!!!
