  18. How can we establish a symbol-system? Isn't the act of creating a symbol-system
  19. ultimately reductionist and proto-deconstructionist?  The symbologies inherent
  20. in pre-victorian architecture, which I'm assuming is what everyone here is
  21. lamenting to some degree, were not systematized; they were a physical side-
  22. effect of pre-industrial age ideology systems, which certainly no-one was able
  23. to systematize because they were unaware of ideology in the reified sense.
