- That is normal, the detached process that handles incoming SMTP connections
- under UCX has exited because you've run the UCX$SHUTDOWN procedure. Because
- of problems we used to have with reliability of that detached process, it runs
- in a DCL procedure which restarts the server automatically and sends that
- notice to OPCOM. You should ignore it.
