- To do that, you get into conflict with VMS quote handling in DCL. (at
- least I didn't find a way to solve it)
- When some years ago I adapted G.Newmans MAILER for our ANJE installation,
- I circumvented this by letting the users use a single quote <'> intead
- of <"> and then have the mailer replacing it with the correct <">.
- I think this is a very poor solution and not generally applicable.
