  23. To do that, you get into conflict with VMS quote handling in DCL. (at
  24. least I didn't find a way to solve it)
  25. When some years ago I adapted G.Newmans MAILER for our ANJE installation,
  26. I circumvented this by letting the users use a single quote <'> intead
  27. of <"> and then have the mailer replacing it with the correct <">.
  28. I think this is a very poor solution and not generally applicable.
