  17. I realize that seeing the same genre of 'help me' messages becomes rather
  18. tiring, but we need to remember that there's lots of novices that suddenly
  19. find themselves faced with a terrifying problem: their mail is STUCK and
  20. they are suddenly DESPERATE to find a quick fix.

  22. I hope that we can all find the patience to keep from flame-festing here...

  24. Meanwhile, who wants to volunteer to write the 'ARRGH! My mail is STUCK and
  25. I need help NOW!' troubleshooting manual that lists what to do, what to look
  26. at, and what it all means :-)
