- Hi. My name's Gianna (I'm using my brother's account.) and I have to
- write a report for biology class. I would appreciate some help answering
- the following:
-
- Who invented the pH scale?
- Why should living systems use buffers as a part of their normal
- compositon?
- What are stable internal and external enviroments?
- Would buffers aid or hinder the maintence of a stable internal enviroment
- in a changing external enviroment?
- What occurrances might case a change in the internal chemistry of an
- organism (such as a human)? What happens?
-
- Post the responses or email to gianna@phsbbs.princeton.nj.us
- If the mail bounces try tony@phsbbs.princeton.nj.us
