  13. Notwithstanding the great efficient ways of inverting Toeplitz
  14. matrices and solving Toeplitz systems, I have been unable to find
  15. efficient ways of computing eigenvalues (and/or vectors) for
  16. (symmetric) Toeplitz matrices.  Any advice?
