- Covariant/contravariant FUNCTIONS?
-

-
- In linear algebra it is possible to represent a vector in covariant
- and contravariant bases. Can this be extended to infinite dimensional
- vectors and functions? Is it possible to formulate
- covariant/contravariant bases for *functions* in terms of
- a functional analog to the vector cross product? Or is it not
- correct to speak of such an analogy?
-
- Thanks!
