- I'm interested, particularly in the preparation of these materials. I'm a
- crystal grower and would like to know what problems exist with the above
- mentioned state-of-the-art materials. Is their composition uniform enough?
- Is the defect desity low enough? Is the available size large enough? Do
- they posses sensitivities high enough?
