  13.     Dr. Leon Chua, UC Berkeley Electrical Engineering, has done
  14. a bunch of work with an oscillator that consists of a capacitor, an
  15. inductor, and a non-linear negative resistor. The non-linear resistor
  16. is made from two op-amps and a bunch of resistors. I'm actually
  17. building one as part of a project, so if anyone wants the schematic
  18. and notes as I go along, let me know. Maybe I could send it by FAX? Or
  19. by SASE?
  20.      Dr. Chua has been published in many IEEE things, and the circuit
  21. is known as, appropriately enough, "Chua's Circuit." Funny how that works.
